Renovation and Repair
We offer repair and refurbishment solutions for used electronic devices to give them new value.

We extend the life of returned equipment to meet our customers' needs and make the devices reusable. This process allows our customers to avoid the cost of purchasing a new product and contributes to the circular economy and sustainability.

Our repair services begin with our original tests and assessments to determine the original condition of the returned device. Then, we activate customized routing rules to determine the most suitable level of refurbishment for our customers.

Service Design

The first stage of the renovation service, service design, begins with the creation of projects that meet our customers' expectations and demands. This determines which renovation methods will be implemented and in what time frame. Information regarding the outcome is presented to our customers in the form of a project.

Renovation Workflow

The products to be repaired and renovated along with all accessories are tested by a specialized team at relevant test stations. Products that pass the test criteria are sent to the cosmetic care department. Faulty products that do not receive test approval are sent to the repair department. In the repair department, products with resolved issues are sent back for test approval.

Products that receive approval are transferred to the cosmetic care department and packaged according to the criteria specified by the customer upon completion of processes. Each packaged product undergoes individual quality control checks in quality control departments. Products that pass quality control are prepared for shipment and sent to the logistics department for shipment preparation. The logistics department makes necessary preparations for shipment and prepares the products for shipment according to the customer's storage criteria. This described workflow is just an example. Procurement Service

In renewal processes, Supportive keeps a variety of spare parts, accessories, and electronic circuits in supportive stocks to ensure the smooth operation of the process. For items that are not available domestically or cannot be manufactured, Supportive can procure them using its global resources or facilitate the production of the relevant product.

Test Stations

Supportive develops test stations according to standards approved by Supportive's global engineering departments. The stations are designed for renewal and repair processes. Since they are original stations, Supportive can quickly increase capacity in the face of sudden production increases and ensure no interruption in the service provided to our customers.
