Our company is supported by our international partner, Supportive Recycle GMBH, based in Germany.
This important business partner of ours is systematically providing R&D support to our company on technological infrastructure and services. They offer STB refurbishment and repairing, router refurbishment and Network Equipment refurbishmentand renovation services for the Turkish organization. In all tests, they use automated test devices supported by the special softwares for the customer products.
Customer satisfaction and technology investment underlie Supportive’s global brand. For these reasons, it uses qualified production management methodologies according to customer expectations, and Supportive Electronic Services are part of this global organization as the electronic renovation expertise end. All processes for electronic products to be refurbished from start of production to delivery to customer are carried out through a production management system application specially designed for Supportive in line with the ISO and TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) standards. In this structure, production is instantaneously monitored and reported to the customer. The aim is to consider the customer as part of the production process rather than a separate component.
Before the product enters the system, many factors such as instant capacity increase are monitored and designed within the production model. When the product is received from the customer, it is accepted through the Production Management Software which can be programmed according to the model, and the production transition is ensured. The cosmetic and functional processes on the platforms, to which the production processes are applied, consist of the ideal systems. Besides, the latest developments in many technologies, such as artificial intelligence used in our production, are learned from the first hand and updated without interfering with the project. In the process of effectively establishing the quality control system, if a method is not selected by the Customer, the Supportive Electronic Quality Control Policy is based on the idea of checking each product individually, rather than selecting a batch within the quantity produced. These procedures are carefully thought out and planned. The products are shipped to the desired point as per the information taken from the Customer by the tracking system at the determined time.
